[For those who don't know] date sugar is dried, powderrd date fruits. So don't expect it to dissolve in liquid.It's great for smoothies, baking, sprinkling on top of things etc...I like this brand. Good quality, flavour and price. I bought it to add to my smoothies. It's also nice mixed with coconut milk yogurt.It has a milder sweetness than other sugars, which I prefer. I'm also happy that it has all the fibre of the date fruits.

Excellent product and service, will hopefully look to buy again.

Bought for my partner to use in his coffee. He tried it once then threw the rest away. He said tasted powdery and didn't disolve properly leaving residue at the bottom of his cup.
