Perfect for sipping.
Too tall in my 16 oz cups, I shorten fifty or so at a time. Snipping them in bulk only takes 10 minutes and they last me for months. I even like that they appear more orange than red, lol.

Love this quantity
I bought these to bring to work. It is so frustrating to have a cup of coffee and nothing to stir it with and no one wants to be running to the store every couple of weeks. This solves both problems. Large quantity, they are sturdy enough to not bend as you stir. The length is good.

A very generous definition of "red"
Listen, stir straws are stir straws. It's pretty hard to get them wrong. This product functions exactly as it should: it allows me to stir my coffee and even take a couple sips. So far, brilliant.However.I thought I'd be a bit daring this time and get the red straws instead of my tried-and-true black. Little did I realize that the makers of this otherwise fine product either struggle with red-green color blindness (no judgment here) or have a much broader definition of "red" than, say, a dictionary does.The stir straws I got were the perfect color if I needed to stir my coffee while I was hunting. Rather than red, they are, in fact, a rather bright orange. If you're good with that, order away. If like me, however, you have a wife that doesn't appreciate the unexpected addition of a garish orange to her tidy and fetching coffee tray, stick with the black.

I LOVE these stirrer straws
I actually drink my coffee out of one of these every morning. I needed the longer length for my larger coffee cups and since I could only find 5 inch ones at the grocery stores I turned to Amazon. These are EXACTLY like regular stirrer straws only longer. No surprises, not any more flimsy, the diameter of the hole is the normal little hole. I will 100% order these again!
