Pump Failed, Junk!
Pump failed at 3 years of very light use. I purchased this pump because of the 4 year warranty but that warranty is useless! I replaced it with a March pump which is a little louder but pump more forcefully at the gph rating. The differance in build quality is noticeable.

Poor built. A poorly executed knock off of a March Pump.
Total junk. Didn't last 100 hours. Typical junk built in China. So I am out the cost this pump and now will spend $450 on a March pump. My fault for trying to save a buck. Amazon's fault for platforming this junk.

So far (ONE DAY) so good!!!!
I was limping along on my original MARCH pump for the last three years. I figured "My old March pump has GOT to be better than this cheap knock off" so I kept it in my dock box as a back up.Well. My March pump bit the dust....and I had to pull this out and install it....WOW! My old pump must have been a lot worse than I thought as this unit is 100% SILENT compared to the March pump! PLUS....I know my old pump was old, but this moves MUCH MORE WATER!I JUST installed it yesterday...and there are a lot of reviews stating this unit did not last long, but I am in FRESH WATER (Mississippi river here in MN...so pretty clean?) and don't run the AC FULL TIME!Trust me in that if this thing FAILS...even at 50% LESS than the "OEM Replacement" I will post the results! Its AMAZING how much they want for these pumps, but, if the market pays it...I can tell you that the build quality does not look as good as my old March pump....the March pump has SIX screws keeping the wet end cap on, this has four....minor....but its the little things that make a difference.So...keep an eye out....it's going to be a hot summer and I hope to use my boat as my "Office away from home"....so it should get a workout!Still....$170 for this is CRAZY.....(Hence 4 stars)

Leaked after 1 hour of use
Installed into a marine AC circulation application. Housing started to leak after 1 hour of use. Read some other websites' reviews and they were very negative. This is the low quality pump. Can not afford a leak on the boat. And, to boot, Amazon will not take it back now. Past the return period. Off to the manufacturer to deal with them now. Buy Shurflo.

Great PriceAbout a week for deliveryTotally Silent run compared to Little Giant MS320 which only last about 4 years.Perfect fit.Runs very hot you can't touch the orange part its so hot. Not sure if its not cooling the motor properly or thats how it runs.
