Heater arrived undamaged and in perfect working order...easy to set up and use...gives out plenty of heat on quite a low setting...the remote control is a real bonus too...simple to understand with raised buttons makes changing the temperature and output mode a doddle...about 4+feet of power cable with it...sturdy feet and stylish design...really impressed with this reasonable sized heater it's better than expected and we'll priced for the extra features your getting...would recommend!

Shame that to set the up with this heater is so difficult.Rather than that it works fine

I settled on this heater after looking at many WIFI heaters, a lot looked a bit naff but this looks quite neat.Connecting to WIFI was easy, mine is dual 2.5/5 but didn't need to change it it just connected fine, I used the Smart Life app to control it and set up programs/schedules, Smart Life app also found it and set it up fine.

Won't connect to my 5 gig WiFi. Only work with older 2.4Remote control only works intermittently. Have tried replacing battery but no better.Fire itself is good and fairly easy to use the controls on the front of the fire.

There weren’t many reviews on this one so we took our chances and it paid off! The set up was easy, can be controlled by the remote, the controls on the front of the unit and/or the smart life app where you can set the schedule. The heat output is great and it looks really slick.

Nice product,bought same one last winter, now just bought this also.In black looks "unobtrusive" (?) in any room.Have to fit the legs,no problem with a scerwdriver, and the cable is a touch on the short side.Does take a little while to warm up ,for some time same heat just comes out of the top.of the vents,which are hidden by the black glass panel,EVENTUALLY will heat a room,but need to keep the door shut to keep the heat in! Remote works,different settings o.k., but have to turn the heat output up to a shown 4O DEGREES (can you.believe that electric bill! BLIMEY) to feel any real benefit! I also just bought an oil heater with eleven fins to it ,£70, which works MUCH better. The panel heater looks better, but at a price,and not as good. Overpriced by £30!
