Great computer and great price
Love this computer! I don't use it at all for gaming. I am an online teacher and needed a computer that was able to keep up with a robust gamification-style learning platform and live stream video education. The computer is fast, super easy to set up and use, and contains no bloatware. That makes a huge difference. Great specs for a great price. This computer has the power to easily keep up with anything I throw at it, including Photoshop, which hogs a lot of RAM and processor capability. It can easily handle multiple processor-intensive applications at the same time. It supports three different size/brand monitors at the same time. Wow! I didn't need a keyboard, but the computer came with one. It didn't work. The third-party distributor sent me a replacement after I paid the postage to return the first keyboard to them. The second keyboard doesn't work either. I don't want to pay for postage again, and the keyboard doesn't matter that much to me. I use the keyboard I already had. I researched the included keyboard and I'm not the only person to have problems with it. Overall, I highly recommend this computer. Read the easy-to-understand information that comes with it. It is helpful.

Great budget gaming rig
I bought this rig to replace my previous iBUYPOWER pc that I had for several years. The motherboard in my old rig got damaged during my last move, but prior to that it ran without any problems. This pc runs silently and without any issues so far. The case is simple yet stylish and the tempered glass side looks really cool. The only issue that I have is that the blue and green controls for the rear fan LED's were accidentally swapped, so when I try to control all the leds at the same time the rear fan changes blue instead of green and vice versa. It can be individually controlled, so it's merely a slight inconvenience and falls well into the category of "first world problems".Games run beautifully, currently playing Fallout 4 on max settings with multiple graphics enhancing mods. Getting a consistent 60fps.Overall, a great rig. Will definitely buy from iBUYPOWER in the future.

Very Happy (mostly)
Been looking for a gaming machine for awhile and found this for a good price during Intel Gaming Days. Runs the games I am playing with no trouble at all at highest video settings. Matched it with a 144Hz monitor and I am extremely pleased. But, the first one I got, I noticed there were two layers of tape sealing the PC box (second layer to "re-seal" the box.) The quick start guide from iBuyPower stated to remove the foam from the inside before turning it on. There was no foam inside the case. It was obvious this machine had been opened before I got it. (Amazon did not list this as an "open box" item.) When I did turn it on, it powered up, but I got no video. I could have taken the time to trouble shoot the issue but since it obviously had been opened, I requested a replacement from Amazon.Second computer came in and it also had two layers of tape closing the box (to "re-seal" the box) and again, no foam inside the case. This one powered up fine and has been running perfectly since.I did call Amazon to discuss the issue with it being an open boxed item but not being listed as an open box. The very professional, polite and extremely helpful agent told me he could send another, but since the first two were opened, he felt the third would be as well. He was opening a case to see why they were being opened but not listed as opened. (I never heard anything back from them.) I contemplated returning the second one but, it was working fine, the OS setup was the same as a new machine (or reset one) and I feel like I got a good price even if it was an open box. Just would have been nice it they stated that upfront.

Great computer and easy to set up.
I bought this computer to replace my existing office/gaming computer that was super old. Amazon's packing was not that good, but thankfully the iBuyPower box was very sturdy and had padding to keep everything safe. Setup was easy. Just took it out of the box, took the protective plastic off, hooked up my few cables and turned it on. PC runs very smoothly and handles my programs and games like a champ.Only two negatives if you can really call them that. There's a warning sticker on the tempered glass that is hard to get off. I've left mine on for now, but it would have been nice to have it on the plastic instead of directly on the glass. The other was lack of information during the setup time. Once I turned it on, it took about 10-20 minutes for it to start asking me the Win10 finalization questions. During that time, it was just a generic iBuyPower screen. I would have been fine with just a "Please wait" message or a progress meter or something telling me that it was setting up. Not that big of a deal to me, but would have put me more at ease.Overall, great budget gaming PC. I would recommend this purchase.

Great computer ready to go
I bought this to replace a less than 3 year old occasionally freezing HP desktop ( never buying that again)It is used to do professional graphics work and maybe catch up on gaming. It came packaged in a bigger box, amazon packed it kind of loose, but the actual box is protecting the tower case like other expensive electronics.And... is running just fine, just a few windows questions and it is in windows 10, no bloatware or need to give your information. Games are running at ultra setting; Photoshop does not challenge it. (CPU has 8 cores)It came with a few games from intel gaming bundle, which I received a code from amazon after purchase. The lights can be turned off if needed, it looks great either way.I checked and just the CPU and GPU alone costs around $600 at this time. Can you complete the build yourself with $400 left? (PS, MB, RAM, SSD, HD, CASE, WIN10, misc) *possibly*.. but it would be tight. The keyboard and mouse are nicer than the cheap ones you usually get with other systems.I checked around, ibuypower website have one you can configure to this spec, another retailer have a similar spec ibuypower with a white tower, both looking at $200 more than this one. Now, I want to buy another one for multiplayer gaming.
