I’ve been talking this off and on when I can get it from Amazon for the past couple of years. I notice a big difference in joint pain and overall energy when I don’t have this in my daily regiment.

I've taken these for approximately six months, and there are pros and cons.Cons:They are a little pricy, which is why I had to stop using them. I switched to a regular multi-vitamin, and I wish I could afford to go back to these. It was not a huge difference, but it has been significant enough to be noticeable in the amount of pain in my joints and muscle stiffness I am experiencing since I switched.They are supposed to be taken three times per day. I found that inconvenient.Pros:As I already said, they did seem to help with joint and muscle pain, which is likely from inflammation and general stiffness associated with age and poor nutrition.I have never checked my ph level, so I have no idea if they work for that. I liked the idea of getting the vegetable nutrient content without having to drink something like V8 which is loaded with sodium.I would recommend them for people who do not eat as healthy as they probably should, can remember to take them three times a day, and can afford to maintain $30 per month for a multi-vitamin.Update:February 5th, 2019I have since begun taking these vitamins again. They are definitely worth the price. I did, however, have bloodwork done and found that my vitamin B12 levels were slightly above the high range. I now only take them twice a day and no longer have the symptoms related to too much B12.

Long story short...I have tremendous lower back pain everyday of my life degenerative disc ,bone on bone, arthritis ..I read all about how alkaline body fights inflammation and prevents diseases..I bought ph strips.. my acidic level was lowest on scale.I started alkaboost... and drinking water with juice of one half lemon daily. Within 7days. My alkaline level was at the top ...See photo!!!You can make your own deduction.. but even thought I changed my diet...I will never be without..Alkaboost....I stopped dairy and reduced meat. I'm a flexitarian...No processed foods.It's a miracle. Can't say enough.My back pain has reduced 85-90 percent..My back is flexible and I have mobility that I hadn't had in a year..from herniated disc surgery..Educate yourself on the benefits of an alkaline body.And not saying this is magic pill or it will work for everyone... but for me it's a miracle...

Go to webmd and check the side effects. A month of taking them and we just realized I don’t have leukemia, it’s the alkaboost. Had to have 5 blood tests for it to click that’s the only difference in the past month. Get a baseline cbc before you start and then go back in 2 weeks and again at 1 month, do not freak out when they tell you the results. You do not have blood cancer, it’s just your supplement. I wish they would have worked though, I have no immune system and have multiple taste/texture issues.

I wasn't going to write a review I've been taking these vitamins for a month now at first I didn't think they was working but I've been taking my pH level it was like 6.0 now it's 7.5 I am so happy when I take the pills at around 11 or 12 in the afternoon I have so much energy in the evening the time when I'm ready to get rest so now I make sure I take them about 9:30 in the morning they give me so much energy I've been telling people about it my friends start to order it now these are some great vitamins. They have everything you need in them to give you what you need for the day and you will have a regular bowel movement every day as well. and they smell good you can smell the fruit in them .well you can see I am very satisfied.

I’ve been using this product for a while right now and haven’t seen much difference. I was hoping that it would truly bring my system into balance. And I haven’t noticed it. I know that I have used alkalinity pills before and I’ve had better results.So I am still working on the bottle to see if I will have a change in my PH...But I doubt it. But everyone is different.

I bought this product to have a baby boy. I know it sounds weird, but I was following something called the Shuttle method. I needed to neutralize the ph of my body during ovulation. We did end up with a boy and I took this a few weeks before ovulation. It may or may not have had any influence on the sex of the baby, but the alkaline state of your body can influence your ability to get pregnant. Anyways I waited till I had the baby to write my review. Weather it works for other purposes I don't know.
