These are phenomenally crafted. The hammer is just a bit over 2” long. The wrench is a little longer than the hammer. Seems like they would be a good size for your Elf on the Shelf. My grandboys LOVE to play with these mini-tools. I was thrilled to find these and the price was great. I removed the chain and latch and then ground off a few of the loops. Fantastic for miniature play.
