Perfect replacement
My 2007 Escalade needed a driver mirror replaced and this was a perfect replacement.

This is not a direct replacement
This mirror is not a direct replacement. The two wires for the heater were correct. However the unit i received only had a two wire plug for the directional LED's whereas the unit on my vehicle had a four wire connector. I had to remove the flasher unit with the 4 wire connector from the old unit and replace the one on the new unit for the plug to connect correctly. I did get the unit to work and it functions correctly. The original unit had a 'V' shaped cutout in the mirror for the directional lights to show through. This replacement does not have that 'V' shaped window. I would not purchase this again.
