Worked great for right after my bunnies got spayed and needed liquid food for a few days

I bought this for the bottle plugs (not the syringe) and it has changed my life!! I have been telling everyone about these bottle plugs! I initially got it for cough syrup and I went from wasting tons and making a huge sticky mess with every dose to it being quick, easy, and clean. It is amazing!! These things pop into the top of the bottle like the picture shows and then you can use the bottle with a syringe just as you would a needle syringe with a vial. No mess, no fuss, no waste, super quick. Far better than medicine cups, droppers, or those tube things which make a mess and end up covered with wasted cough syrup because you can't get it all out of whatever dosing device you use. I can see what other reviewers say about them being hard to remove from the top, but it's much easier to cut the bottle in the middle and pop it out from underneath. I don't want to lose one of these plugs when the bottle runs out! These are hard to find and I quickly found uses for far more than just the two sizes that come in this package so I found an assortment with different sizes (unfortunately not on Amazon) to use in tons of stuff. For example, I use it to measure my humidifier treatment and my fish water conditioner and I am finding the improvement in measuring accuracy and ease in both of those just as great as with the cough syrup. I also LOVE that you can put the original cap back on!These are really hard to find in stores-believe me I have been looking everywhere! I have looked in farm stores, pet stores, pharmacies, discount stores, and general merchandise stores. In a grocery store I found the "dosing kork" which is a plug you have to place each time you need to draw a dose and is graduated to fit different sizes of bottles. Those are TERRIBLE!! You have to wash it every time you use it. Need I say more? It's not secure when you are using it which is another drawback. With the plugs that come with this product, you can hold the bottle completely upside down and squeeze it and nothing will come out. If you do that with a "kork," you don't even have to squeeze for it to come out, and that is very inconvenient since the whole idea behind the syringe adapters is so you can draw out liquids from a bottle that you have to turn upside down so the syringe can suck up the liquid. You can't put the lid back on with a kork in and while the one I have has a little flap on it, it will spill if it gets knocked over, you have to find a place for the lid and you can't throw it in your purse like I do with my cough syrup. And if you have kids that can reach the counter, these plugs are way more childproof than a kork or many kinds of original lids. Might be good for cleaning supplies if you have "young-uns" that are into everything.I began this review by saying that these adapters have changed my life and while there are far more life changing inventions out there, this has made dealing with a chronic cough so much easier and I have found so many more uses for them; far more than I ever would have thought! I wasn't looking for this. I had no idea they even existed! This was one of the suggestions Amazon made based on my history, and thank you Amazon!! I have bought several more for friends and family. I'm not sure they're as amazed by them as I am, but they also aren't using them several times a day like I am for cough syrup. Even for occasional uses like treating fish water, it is worth the price for saving the treatment, keeping things cleaner, and making it easier to draw the right amount. You have got to try these things!! I hope that you will find them as life changing as I have even if you aren't using them every day. I have shown the same bottles with their lids on so you can see that the plugs don't interfere with any style of lid. This package includes a 20mm and a 24mm plug. The other sizes are from the assortment I was forced to find off of Amazon. I am not using the 20mm plug so it's not in the picture.

My small dog has not been drinking too much water lately, but when I took this syringe and put water in it, he loves to drink water from it..I lay it on top of a bottle of water and it fits on top of it.Wanted to edit this a little bit since I've had this syringe now for a few weeks. It's becoming extremely hard to use. In the beginning it was really easy to push down and now every time I use it I have to work with it and push hard in order to get the water to come out of it. Just disappointed.

Sometimes I have to syringe feed two of my cats because they have health issues that cause them to stop eating during a flare. I have to syringe feed at that time. I bought this because it was animal specific and it held at least 30ML of food which is what I try to get in at each feeding. It holds a good amount of food but it’s huge and hard to control with one hand. I can’t use two hands. I have to hold the cat and control the syringe. The opening that you put into the cats mouth is pretty big. Food just drips out of it and when getting any into the cats mouth it’s a lot and can be dangerous if they choke or aspirate.

Just what I needed. Can fit about 1 can of Friskies wet food in 2 syringes (70 ml) for my cat. I read other reviews that said it was too big to hold but it fits just right. Definitely worth while as I don’t have to fill up the smaller syringe more times for feeding.

This is a very long syringe for normal hands to use. If the syringe is filled all the way, it is almost impossible to hold the syringe and operate the plunger with the same hand. My hands are normal sized - I can play the piano easily, but I have difficulty with this syringe. Even after cutting off most of the tip, I have to brace the end against my chest to plunge it until it's about 1/4 empty and I can finally reach the top of the plunger. The lip at the top is too small to help get a good grip on.I use this for feeding small animals, so the tip must be in or near the animal's mouth and the plunger depressed gradually and with reasonable control. I'm very surprised others found it easy to use, though it's sturdy and otherwise good quality. I would much prefer a larger lip to hold on to, a fatter barrel, and for my one hand to be able to better operate it.

For reference, I’m using it with a 4 pound Yorkie, and the tip is still quite big for her, but she licks the end and it works! She had a surgery for a rare issue on her C1 and C2 spinal columns (called atlantoaxial subluxation- AAS) which left her with bone screws and cement in her spine, and a neck brace once that didn’t work. We were afraid she was waiting herself out to die because she was so confused and in pain, but we wondered if it was just discomfort being able to eat, and it was!! We’re so relieved. This syringe is so big for her that a single pull is a full meal for her when slowly given. Genuinely saved her from starvation I’d say. 10/10 would recommend for dogs who may need help for whatever reason. Just fill with water a few times to clean, and it’s perfect.

Purchased this to syringe feed my sick cat. Worked perfect for that use.

It works but my pets hated it haha. I wish there was a smaller size for smaller doses.
