If I buy multiple of these, can they be controlled by the same remote?

Don’t know about the remote but the candle won’t go off and it’s only charged for so long. I wouldn’t waste my time or money

can it be on/be touch controlled while charging cable is in?

Yes, I've found that if I touch it while it's charging it will come on. I personally feel it's better to leave it off while charging.

I ordered 2 of these. Both wont turn on by touch or remote. Please Advise?

Turn off and allow 2 hrs to fully charge.

Does this one actually project the snowflake like lights shown in the video ?

No, if you place it on a table. But if placed on a large mirror, it will give off a awesome glow. But, by itself it is still one heck of a night light. It fill the room with what ever color you choose. It’s very worth the 11 dollars I paid. It’s very pretty at night.
