It is working fine and is easy to access. However, the software was provided for only one year. If they had given the software with a perpetual license, it would have been better.

It is complicated. It requires a paid membership to use. It might already be out of date and time to sign up for a membership even if you wanted to.

Not worth the money
You need a subscription so it’s a waste of money

Disappointing
First thing you will notice is how difficult and intrusive installation of this product is. The whole process is clunky and very Windows 98, including the graphics. It’s seems like there is more going on here than just a simple scanner driver install. Uninstalling this trash software took much longer than it should have and now my desktop is not running the same. Sorry, but it reeks of malware. Beyond that, it doesn’t work very well. I spent two days trying to get the thing to calibrate. Once it was calibrated, it wouldn’t scan about 40% of the cards that I tried to run through it. When it did scan, the were often misaligned. Additionally, the reader has very poor OCR. The scanned data required quite a bit of correction. And as another reviewer mentioned, the USB cord is in exactly the wrong place on the back of the scanner and interferes with the free movement of the cards. It’s a great idea, but overall suffers from very poor execution. Returned.
