I wentvto the ear doctor and he told me i hadcear wax build up. He tried removing it but it was too painful as i have narrow uear tubes. I was able to remove my ear wax build up with this vacuum. I used drops 2X per day for 4 days then I used the vacuum and it worked wonders.

Poor quality, waste money. The suction is not strong enough at all and it makes a lot of noise. Also When I received the product, the display screen of the Ear Wax Vacuum Removal was a little scratchy on it, not like a new product. The manual is a bit simple, just a few words. Totally not recommend to buy .

Not very good suction. I recently had a double ear infection with a fair amount of drainage. No matter what tip I put on the device it didn’t take up any of the fluid. I also tried to use it to clean up the hydrogen peroxide from cleaning my ears. It took up a little of the hydrogen peroxide but there was still a lot left in the ear.

It is a nice product - my ears feel clean. The vacuum really works. It’s a nice sensation. Not overwhelming at all.It comes with two reusable q-tips that have a spoon on one end and silicone nubs on the other. The directions say to loosen things with the spoon end but it went too deep into my ear. I would not recommend using that part. Everything else is great though!

I bought this with high hopes this tool would assist me in keeping my ears clean between my ENT appointments. It does do a pretty good job in that respect but the reason it’s only getting three stars is for the appliance itself. It has been used three times in the time I’ve had it and I’ve had to CHARGE THE BATTERY each time before I could use it. I’m not using it everyday, I don’t even use it weekly but the charge does not last very long. Overall, a decent product but the battery is crap. Update: Went to use it today (06/19/23) no charge as usual. Charged it, sensor on device shows fully charged. Disconnected from power, NOT WORKING! Unfortunately the return window has passed. Will be contacting both the seller and Amazon for restitution.
