I bought this to make hoagie Buns made with almond flour (advanced plan/healing diet from Erb Family Wellness). This was simply AMAZING! I did put some parchment paper down inside because it is perforated and the dough I made is kind of runny so I didn't want it to ooze out of the bottom. It worked great! I added some garlic and rosemary to my loafs and it was so amazing! The silicone baking cups are really awesome also when making muffins.

I like the design very much.Very sturdy and practical.Even though it is non-stick, I have begun to oil-spray the silicon pan after all, because the breads do tend to stick.Let your baked goods cool before popping out to prevent tears to the breads.

Like the hamburger mold, it has holed on the bottom inwhich batter oozes out. (reason for 4 stars) Other than that, I really like it. I use it to make delicious bread sticks for dipping in olive oil.
