Review: LOVE THIS THING - I love that the flame is nice and wide. You can use this to sear sous vide steaks much moreso than other torches with a narrower flame. I love that when I hold this upside down the flame does not go out unlike cheaper ones. I also love the button to turn on and off. When you release the button, it turns right off. This thing is expensive for what it is, but worth it.
Review: I like the larger flame. - Much larger flame than the standard model. Just what I needed. Easy Piezo ignition starts every time. Well built and should last a long time.

I love that the flame is nice and wide. You can use this to sear sous vide steaks much moreso than other torches with a narrower flame. I love that when I hold this upside down the flame does not go out unlike cheaper ones. I also love the button to turn on and off. When you release the button, it turns right off. This thing is expensive for what it is, but worth it.
