I was expecting a big punch of yuzu and vinegar flavor but it's kind of mild, slightly sweet and a little bitter, might make a good salad dressing base or a good swap for lemon in marinades or chicken/fish recipes. I like it.

A bit on the bitter side but I guess that’s the point if it. If recipe calls for it then it’s a good one to use.
