Bought these wedges to augment my leg exercises, and I am very happy with the purchase. They are well-designed and made of a high quality plastic/rubber so they don't sag under weight, yet they're light enough to travel with. Importantly, I have not had these wedges slip on me even when doing exercises (such as cable hack squats) where the weight line is not straight up and down. They add versatility to my leg workouts and are quite effective for toe-up or heel-up squats, calf raises, etc. I was so happy with the original purchase, that I bought a second set to take with me when I travel. Highly recommended.

I use these for all of my squats, you can really feel it even with a lighter weight, I actually had to go down weight because I could feel it working my glutes. I'm on carpet and they don't move around at all, they're perfect for my feet (I have small UK3-4 feet). One of the little circle grips came off but I tend to throw them around a lot! I definitely recommend them.
