I may have osteoporosis on the run!
Osteoporosis requires me to achieve a higher amount of D3, along with increased levels of other things. I have always taken D3 at far lower levels as sunshine in a bottle. This product served the purpose of increasing my D3 level to where the doctor wanted it, admirably and as anticipated. They are easy to swallow, have zero odor, and I did not note any side effects. I will buy again when the bottle is depleted.
