Product is great. The problem was that I received the shirt but no shield. Luckily, this was a 2nd shirt and we already had a shield. I contacted customer service and suggested I would keep the shirt if they gave me a discount since there was no shield. Worked out great for both of us. I am curious to know why the same size shirt made in Mexico is longer than the one made in China?

Husband ordered this and did not get shirt. He states he contacted the company and only received the insert. This is a great product and super comfortable.Being a young catcher it makes mom and son breath easier so they don't have to worry about getting hurt as much.

I read the reviews, but still took a chance and ordered the product. I thought surely with all of the bad reviews they would not ship only part of the shipment. Wrong. They have to realize that the shirt and shield go together. One is not good without the other.

We had two for my son for the past few years. He's now outgrown them and I'm ordering a couple more. They're expensive, but worth it. The other models don't offer the protection of these. Just be careful with the shields as they can bend/break in bags if not handled well. That said, they're actually very durable.

My son loves this protector, fit is great and he says it doesn't interfere with his pitching or hitting. He's 12 and has worn this for 2 years now. He also has the evoshield batting gloves

I could have purchased this from the local sports store, my son has been using them for years and I insist he wears it when pitching. Now, morning of game go to put it in and package only contains the shields - no shirt. Completely useless.
