My son liked these shoes until they ripped soon after he started wearing them...totally subpar quality and not worth the amount spent. What a shame.

Kids like them, they look good we can't speak about reliability yet

Solid hiking shoe. My kid really likes these and sometimes chooses them just to go to the store. Don't expect a soft show these are solid and supportive.

A quality shoe with a sturdy feel and grippy sole. As an adult with a size 6 foot these fitted me (purchased size 6) but the lack of a reasonable insole was very disappointing. The insole was so thin and had no structure or cushioning at all. If I had kept the shoes I would've needed to have bought proper insoles for them, plus laces (as the bungees didn't really hold my foot securely enough). They are quite a heavy shoe and feel more suited for autumn/winter. Not sure on how breathable they are but they seemed like they'd be pretty waterproof just from the structure. The rubber toe part gives good protection but also adds bulk to the look of the shoe. I have old Keen snow boots which have lasted years and the fit is lovely and wide in the toe box but these shoes just weren't up to the same standard (maybe since they were youth ones as opposed to the more expensive adult version). Had they had a better insole I'd have been tempted to keep them and buy laces for them. Unfortunately returned.
