How many servings per container?

Based on their serving size there is more than a couple of months. My wife also started using it also. We use a somewhat sharp steak knife to dig it out. Serving portions range anywhere between a grain of rice to the size of a pea. We take a tiny dollop and melt it in tea or coffee. You would need a very sensative scale to measure out the tiny amount assuming you could get by the stickyness to even measure it.

Does mangolian shilajit has Expiry date?

Is this the same as the Siberian shilajit?

This is Shilajit from Mongolian Altai mountains. They are close to Siberian Altai Mountains. So Mongolian Shilajit has a similarity with the Siberian one.

Is this liquid or grain

Hello, this is liquid with the right viscosity for intake to be disolved in filtered water and drink. I have also tried to make the daily doses on vegetarian capsules for my daughter because she doesn't like the taste. It is original and you have to be use it by the due date. Mine came from Russia and it was authentic. A tip, if taken with honey and/or garlic and with milk it can give a boosting effect. I hope it helps you. Good luck!
