A great addition to my collection. Looks great.
For me this saber is not a toy, more of a working collection piece but it absolutely can be used as a toy. Very good value for money. Metal handle and the saber blade is about two feet long so big enough for me. Internal lithium battery is chargeable by USB. A cable is supplied. I like how there is only one button that controls power on/off, colours and flashing rates. It's quite sturdy when used correctly and I think the sound effects are excellent for this price range. Recommended.

2 Ended or 2 pieces
Forget about cosplay, this set was purchased purely for fun with my boys for messing around being Jedi knights and playing. It comes as 4 pieces, 2 handles and their respective ends with a connector that can join both sabers together to create a double ended one.Putting it together is a case of screwing by hand and takes a few seconds, no tools required, they do need charging after a while but as they are rechargeable batteries they just need plugging in individually (the set includes 2 charger cables)Quality wise, these have take a fair few bashes between them, eventually they do start showing a few black marks on them but a magic eraser wipes those off really easily and they look like new afterwards.

Feel the starwars
I just loved this light sword. It is the same as in the description described. It is provided with a rechargeable lithium battery which gets charged very fast and can be used for longer hours. We can change the colour and sound effects with a simple touch. The handle of this light sabre is made of high-quality aluminium alloy and the blade is very strong and is provided with a high light transmitting pc. It is provided with 7 colours of RGB effect which can be chosen according to our choice and looks so colourful for the kids while playing.

Looks great in cosplay photo
The lightsaber is not full size but rather half, or customisable for the dual blade version. My kid love playing with it in the dark and it looks really cool in the photo. Ideal for Halloween outing.

Very impressed effects!
The media could not be loaded. I love this. This is the closest that you will get to a Force FX Black Series lightsaber. It has a similar build in that it doesn't just sign light down a hollow tube from the hilt, the LED beads are built into the tube, which means that it can have some very cool effects such as colour on impact from potential Stormtrooper rifle blasts. The lights in the tube also look great. Plenty of different colours to match the lightsaber colours of some of the best well-known heroes and villains from Star Wars. Easy to use and lightweight also. I highly recommend this.

Wonderful lightsaber
I bought this for myself and I absolutely love it. There are 7 colours of the lightsaber and it can be easily charged. It is also a wonderful present for children or anyone that is a fan of star wars. I would recommend this to everyone.

Decent product, but the way it was sent out was dreadful
As lightsabers go, this is a pretty good one and looks realistic. It’s well-made and feels substantial in the hand, with a good balance to it when the aluminium hilt and blade are complete. There is an extensive choice of 15 colours for the blade and multiple sounds and volumes, together with a very useful mute; it also flashes when contact is made. Everything is controlled by a single button on the hilt, and this can be good and bad, as it is simple to use, but remembering the sequences may not be simple for everyone. You can also screw two lightsabers together to give you a double-blade.The only downside for this is the way that it’s been sent out. It is literally the branded box, with an address label stuck to it, and the box had been opened at one end, although I don’t think the contents had been disturbed. If I had bought this as a present for someone in the household and they’d answered the door to the courier, they would have known exactly what they were getting. In addition, even though the address label can be removed, it’s left a significant sticky patch, which really does ruin the box.At the time of writing this review, the cost is £62.99, and although I think that’s good value for money for the lightsaber itself, the issues with the packaging would make sure that I bought it from elsewhere.

A Decent Lightsaber With Good Range Of Colours... But Tiny Allen Key May Break With Too Much Force
This is a fun toy for the slightly older Jedi (or Sith), to daydream around the lounge with or perhaps teach their own Padawan learners the ways. The hilt is made from metal so feels reassuringly weighty in the hand and all options are selected via the single button on that hilt, through single and multiple presses. Occasionally you will get a small soundbite from the films which surprised us at first. It can be a bit of hit and miss with the multiple press as sometimes you won't do enough or perhaps do to much. It's not the end of the world though. The main light beam (plastic) is attached to the hilt by only one small allen bolt (see photo). A tiny allen wrench is supplied to help fit this but I feel that this retaining bolt may be the weakest point in an otherwise sturdy lightsaber, particularly if battling with too much vigor (or should that be "Force"). As such I'm not confident in it taking any medium to hefty blows so the rules in my house are only gentle impacts allowed.Sound is projected via the speaker in the base of the hilt and you have a choice of three audio levels, the louder you have it, the quicker the battery will drain. Charging is easy though via the exposed USB port and I've found the battery lasts well (we have it on medium volume so as not to drive the Emperor too far to the dark side.Overall then, this is far better than any plastic toy lightsaber we've had in the past, but the cost also reflects that. I feel it's best viewed as a grown up toy that your kids can play with that's not as clumsy or random as a blaster, instead it's an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.
