There are 60 total.They don’t taste bad, but I mean they don’t taste good either. They are a regular sized pill, and I don’t have any trouble swallowing them.They come with two packs of 60, but I find that the bottle is only have filled, so I usually pour the contents of bottle one into the contents of bottle too, and take it to goAnother benefit is the ergonomics. I have been very happy with this product and have been using for a couple of weeks now. I care for elderly clients, have two sons at home, and often work 12-14 hour days. I occasionally need a healthy kick to keep going now that I'm almost 50. I went in search of a product with B12, a little caffeine, and taurine in it, because I was taking all three separately. While these capsules are lacking in much taurine, the B complex and caffeine are in appropriate (not crazy) quantities, which is exactly what I need. I do take another 250 mg taurine capsule with one of these first thing in the morning when I have an early shift and it works well. I highly recommend these along with a high protein diet with lots of fresh veggies and fruits, if you're getting older but still need to work!

I've been using this for a few months now. It gives you the perfect amount of energy to keep plugging away at work without feeling like you chugged an energy drink. I usually take it mid morning, and you can totally take it on an empty stomach without fear of making it upset.

I had a colleague recommend this. We’re both in menopause and just seem to really lose energy. I was a little hesitant at first and only took one but that didn’t do anything for me. So the next time I took two around 11 AM and it carried me all the way till bedtime that night. I personally did not have any crash effects. And no jitters either.

Might work for others but the energy didn’t kick in for me.

I have done it all! From different brands at the grocery store and OVERLY expensive energy products from MLMs! BUT this has worked the best on boosting my energy and preventing a crash!!! If you need to go from mombie to super mom(or dad) I definitely recommend!!!

Despite high expectations, my experience with this energy supplement was disappointing.After completing the entire bottle, I observed no noticeable increase in energy levels.The lack of results left me dissatisfied with the product's effectiveness.The only thing I liked about this product was the way the bottle was engineered.
