Great coffee machine. If going to use other travel mugs, check size is no bigger than 14cm tall.
I was not sure whether to buy this or not and I am so glad I did. This is a great little machine for making one cup of good coffee and does not take up much worktop space. It makes good quick coffee. The filter is easily washable, and the machine is so easy to operate. It percolates the coffee really quickly. I use a normal china mug when working at home, and it sits well underneath. I do find the travel mug does not keep the coffee too hot for long but this is not a deal breaker for me. The other thing to note is that very few of our other travel mugs fitted the machine, so do check the size if planning to use other ones. The travel mug provided is 14cm tall approx and that is about the maximum that will fit. If you are a one person coffee house (my other half likes tea), then this is a great little machine. Ideal size for caravan or holiday let. Great price too.

Great filter coffee machine
I was dubious when it arrived as it is very light but have been pleasantly surprised! Very easy to use and clean and makes a lovely cup of coffee in a very short time. Definitely worth the price and the travel cup is an added bonus.

Perfect for one cup
This is perfect for my morning coffee. I put my flask cup under and it does it's thing while I put on my coat and shoes on to go to work, then i grab my coffee and off I go! Easy to clean and looks stylish in my kitchen. A great buy, especially for the price. It's also small and neat looking and easy peasy to use. I've also purchased a milk frother on Amazon and so I now make my own posh coffees without having to buy them 2/3 times a week. It will pay for itself in no time and I'm saving the planet on disposable cups!!!

Identical to but cheaper than the Salter branded version
This is a convenient 1-2 cup ground coffee maker with a removable permanent filter. It is very easy to use and clean. I bought this because I already had a Salter-branded version that was working well and needed one in my office, but the Salter one had gone up £8 in price, while this was at the original Salter price. I bought this to check out the differences and couldn't find any.The coffee goes into an insulated travel mug with a large capacity. It has a lid with a drinking hole. This mug is useful when, like me, you forget you've put the maker on and remember 40 minutes later! The cup keeps the coffee drinkable for well over 90 minutes.

It works great! For ONE WEEK, then stops working.
A simple, convenient-size coffee machine, and it works... for ONE WEEK.I've grown accostumed to Chinese products lasting under a year. Apparenlty now one week is enough.I tried to return it but I had thrown away the box, so it was a waste of time and money.Moral: Don't buy Chinese, but if you have to, keep the boxes around for a couple weeks.
