Gets me every time
I have placed this creepy peeper outside the window by my front door. Even knowing it is there I feel I am always being watched. Then he taps which causes him to move just enough to freak me out almost every time. This Scary Peeper is a definite keeper. I keep telling myself I am going to move it around to different windows in my house, but I can't get myself to do it. I am afraid I will forget I have moved it and I will end up scaring myself.

A good investment into scaring those you love!
This clown earned his value! First night after receiving, I unboxed him and adjusted the hand so the tapping would hit the glass, and then hung him on the outside of the bedroom window. Less than 10 minutes later footsteps were barrowing up the stairs surrounded by a loud festive sound of fright. Materials are okay quality, not hollywood prop level but above some the really cheap dollar store decorations. The suction cup actual holds really well, after the initial fright, I moved him to the front window and he's been hanging there for about a week with no falls. (Works on car windows too! haha)As others have said, chances are your motion sensor will be mostly useless since it's going to be on the other side of a window and the only thing that will trigger it past a few inches would be a light turning off/on. Maybe a future version will incorporate a longer time delay or remote control. I might even go ahead and add that myself since there's already a trigger input attached that could be pretty easily hooked into a raspberry pi or arduino.

Nice to have but not as great in real life use outdoors
Testing this looked fine in the house but when deployed with lower light the sensor failed horribly. It worked sometimes and only if you got really close. The suction cups were pretty worthless as had to tape it.If you're looking to use this, recommendations are you need to really smash it on the window so that the tapping will have the full effect. It's evil looking so keeping it, but for $49 (I think that's what I paid), I would say this should be half the price for the sensor functionality and needing to squash it to a window so that the tapping can be heard.

Best scare ever
The clown was great. Very realistic. He tapped on the window as promised and scared 4 members of my family. I know I have a little problem scaring or scarring children. As others have mentioned the sensor did not work on mine but the constant tapping mode worked fine and was more effective at getting attention. The suction cup worked ok, but I had to push it on tight for the first few times then it stayed put.

Nice prop
This is a fun prop for scary time. Only gave it 3 stars because it doesn't even come close to tapping on a window. The finger movement is extremely limited considering the PRICE.
