This Wifi monocular is a fantastic~ I purchased it as a Birthday present for my grand-dad. It came beautifully packaged in a nice looking, printed box. I’ve had very good luck with this brand in the past so this choice was a no-brainer~ he’s wanted one of these for quite some time. He was immediately impressed with its ability to provide Crystal clear viewing results in complete darkness. It’s viewing range is awesome too~ he can see his targets from great distances With amazing magnification abilities. It’s easy to operate~ It took him about a week to get completely comfortable with all of the buttons and functions. Wireless functions are pretty cool synced seamlessly with his iPhone 12. Upon initially opening it~ I was immediately impressed with its build construction- it’s solid and designed for outdoor, rugged usage. The monocular is completely waterproof. He’s gotten many videos and pictures in rough weather. Automatically date and time stamped. The battery life is terrific. He only Has to charge it every 3 days or so. It’s gotten a ton of use over the past couple of months and still operating like new. Decent amount of memory storage and he loves that he can use it in German. His footage has become a weekly event for the family to gather and see~ it’s a wonderful experience - Very happy with this purchase- well worth the money!

Gadgets seem to attract me for some reason I saw that this Brand had a new version of the tried and true regular WG-50. I wanted to see how it was. First things first, the manual is well written. The case is nice with a good deal of padding to protect the night vision monocular. It comes with a usb mini cable and a video cable Also included is a cleaning cloth and video cord. This hybrid unit comes with a wifi feature l found it a tad tricky but once you get it your ready You can see live images on your phone The buttons are very good with a distinct click. Once you get the hang of it it's pretty intuitive. Wow I just had the device outside tonight. I'm actually pleasantly surprised. Even with the IR off and using available light from the neighborhood I was able to hone in on several features. Now in the dark with the IR on setting one it was enough light to see everything in my back yard. It has four settings. Setting four is a good deal. It lit up the whole yard. For me I prefer one or two. I even did a small video of the inside. I needed the light to familiarize myself with the buttons to record. If you're looking for a decent priced digital night vision that you can use with your phone or tablet, I'd check this one out.

I got this for playing with around my property, but was really impressed when navigating at night on the boat. The Illuminator is WAY stronger than I expected. In pitch black conditions it literally turns night into day. There’s no image stabilization, so you really need to brace the unit at high magnification. The photos it takes are fine when viewed in the viewfinder-I haven’t uploaded them anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

So disappointed and feel lied to. If you look through the eye piece you will see a 1 x 1 digital screen so poor quality that the pixels are like looking through a screen door. And what you see through the screen door is a blurred abstract on color that might belong to the image you are trying to view. Who knows... its a smeared water color image. You can manually twist the front focus lens, but again so poor it comes and goes with any movement. Completely and totally useless. Going back.

Not as easy to use as expected. I'm still evaluating it. Ask me again in 3 months.

Great value for such a small price! The way you can see perfectly fine in the pitch black is unreal. Highly suggest this product!

It’s a great product but most of all it’s easy to take with you on the go.

If you’re looking for mid to high quality night vision goggles that provide you with the ability to see in the dark, record it and zoom in on it, and is fairly steady viewing, this one by Bestguarder would be a great candidate for consideration. Here's my pros and things to consider before buying. I was excited to try these out when they arrived and pleasantly surprised at the quality and abilities that they offer. I knew what it claimed to be able to do, but many products like this can’t execute on the promises once they arrive. This one actually works as described, mostly. This product is very easy to use and figure out basic functions, but offers even more abilities if you read the book. Of course you can just figure things out, but you’ll save yourself a noticeable amount of time by reading the short manual. What I liked: I. Features – All the features work fairly good, I really like the zoom button, the focus wheel makes thing mostly clear, and it has good range. II. Recording – It does record and take pictures, but took reading the manual to figure it out quickly. The pictures are what you’re seeing through the view finder and fun to see and show others later. III. Night vision – I was also very impressed with the ability of the night vision, the amount and clarity of what you can see, in what appears to be total darkness to my eyes, is amazing technology and super useful. Also, this model provides a clearer picture than others I’ve tried by different companies. IV. Bluetooth – This is my first set that can send the images through Bluetooth, very nice feature. Things to think consider: I. No Battery - It doesn’t come with a lithium battery or any battery. I’m extremely surprised and disappointed that they wouldn’t include an easily replaceable and obtainable lithium battery. At the current price of $289.99 USD, there should absolutely be an included lithium battery. II. Clarity – I don’t find it to be as good as normal binoculars in the daylight, but binoculars can’t see in the darkness at all. Also, it’s hard to keep steady in your hands, the image your seeing in the finder is easily shaky and needs to be resting on some kind of surface to stabilize the view. It’s definitely viewable in my hands, but noticeable less pleasant to use when compared to resting against a tree or on a tripod. It’s important to note that this one is much steadier then some of the others that I’ve tried from different companies. Overall, these are very functional night vision goggles that are extremely fun to use and capture images and videos to show others later. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for night vision capabilities or people that have a hard time seeing through regular binoculars, the screen makes it much easier. These goggles will quickly become your go to eyes when the night’s darkness prevents human eyes from being usable. If it would be helpful to see an up-close visual inspection of this product, I recommend you watch my included video in full screen. Part of the video is through the goggles. I did it with my cell phone to better show what your eyes see, rather than what’s on the screen. It looks much better in person because my camera couldn’t capture how you really view it, but it still gives you a good idea of what to expect.
