I purchased this for an elderly friend who was recommended by a dermatologist to use this. It is magical and not greasy but absorbs well. She has thin skin and it didn't take effort to nicely rub it in. Success and highly recommend!

I can't seem to find the original Sarna, as Sarna changed its formula, but not for the better. I'm very happy with this Rugby replacement, as it works and smells similar to original Sarna, with the same active ingredients in the same strength. I hope they don't change their formula, too.

I was highly disappointed when Sarna changed their original formula and was determined that I would not buy another bottle of their new formula. So during my search, I found this! This lotion definitely stops dry, itching skin as well as the brand name. The lotion's smell is not the best, but not too bad. Works well.
