Purchased these chairs for our Museum and love them. They are light but strong and after sitting in them for one of our programs for 45 minutes, they were extremely comfortable.

Customer must pay Shipping on return
Product is not anywhere near as comfortable as described (hard plastic) I was NOT aware I would have to pay shipping upon return. This needs to be IN THE DESCRIPTION of the PRODUCT and MADE VERY CLEAR!!! The box the chair came in is HUGE with no protective papers to keep it stable....and box was damaged (had several holes) from chair bumping around or next to other items in truck? Chair was Ok no damage. VERY VERY disappointed I cannot afford to send back. The box is SO big it will cost more than the chair!!! If I can get ANY support on this, pls advise.

Too much of a hassle
I had the chair returned because I got another one for cheaper, so I didn’t even open it until taking it out for donation, only to realize I would have returned it anyways because it came in the wrong color. The chair was great though.
