I like these wheels, I use them on my anerondack chairs to make them easier to move.

Harbor Freight hydraulic table carts are notorious for wheels that crack and disintegrate. This wheel fits it perfectly. You will have to use the bolts that come with the cart, though, as the supplied ones are too short. I would also recommend you use 1/4 inch flat washers on both sides of the hub of each wheel to eliminate play, which you'll have to pick up at a hardware store. Since the bearings are closer to the rim, this will lock the hub into place and keep the wheels from wobbling.

I am using this product to replace the wheels on my portable steps which have disintegrated due to age. So far, they work quite well.

They are adequate for my use.

Was difficult find for the proper style and size but once I found these wheels I was able to give a large utility cart a new life by replacing these wheels

The plastic covers on the side seem a little flimsy, and aren't tight enough to keep hair from getting in the wheels, but besides that the wheels spin well and the build quality seems fair.
