We were worried about the customs angle and contacted the seller, who immediately wrote us back on what the answers we should be supplying [as we'd bought another medical device from europe the week before and knew what that had wrought in demands for mfr address, device description, any fda nonsense stuff etc]. Well it appears that the answers were already in the hands of the customs people because the process went trouble-free. Thank you [seller service person]... Everything was well wrapped and in fine shape. We're have good luck with it so far. The instructions on the video etc are quite adequate, especially considering the extreme range of cases that the Denas is used for. best as always... ttyl
