Overall a very nice book! Some really cool photos that I've never seen before. I do have issue with the fact that all the quotes were just Gene and Paul like always. There should have been more pics of Ace, Peter and Eric and one final gripe is that I think putting a picture of the current band on the back endpapers SUCKS!!!! It has no business being in there at all and I'm really pissed about that because I don't like what they are doing with the band these last 8 years. Also the book is about the 1977 to 1980 period so what is it doing in there anyway!!!!????

Great book physically and visually. Many pics offer nice close-ups. The enhanced clarity helps you see details of this era on things like costumes, instruments, staging, etc. I agree with the criticism that Gene and Paul dominate the book relatively. But overall, I really like the smooth minimalism. Where KISSTORY has some clutter and bad binding, this book is tight and closer to the visual style of the current KISS Tour Books. The real bonus is, these photos are 37-40 years old. Unlike the old magazine days from that period, these photos are very well presented - cleaner/clearer than ever.

Well put together in a nice padded heavy material. The obi is a nice touch. Beautiful pictures from start to finish. It’s a must have for anyone who’s a Kiss fan or collector

Ms. Goldsmith went to excruciating lengths to make such a great book to be packaged so poorly.The book came in a box 3 times the size of the book with a few air pillows to attempt some sort of movement in the package.It failed to do so.The ends of the spine were dinged up from sliding around in the huge box.This is a limited edition book, and getting a replacement of the first printing would probably be nearly impossible, so I chose to suck it up and deal with it.

A beautiful, well made book for any KISS fan. You won't find ANY other KISS book this well made for the money...gilded pages, padded cover, vivd color reproduction...just class through and through. Just a collection of photos you may have or have not seen, not much concert or live action photos, but Lynn is not a concert photographer. Some neat quips and short stories to accompany the photos, but the photos are the meat of this book. Highly recommended.

One of the greatest pieces of KISS Memorabilia to come out in a long time. This truly is art. Lynn is an amazing artist and if by chance she see this, THANK YOU for this book. It vastly exceeded my expectations. 1977-1980 was a physically stunning era of the band and these pictures come to life. Anyone who is a fan of the band from this era, needs to have this

Es un repaso fotográfico a aquellos primero años, cuando el éxito ya los acompañaba. Una restrospectiva gráfica genial.

No soy fan de la banda pero es un libro fotografico indispensable si te gusta la musica hard/heavy y los grupos únicos dentro del genero.Vale hasta su ultimo centimo por la calidad y presentacion de un gran numero de fotos que abarcan una epoca algo turbulenta para la carrera de Kiss en especial desde 1978 hasta que "renacen" con Creatures of the Night en 1982.Se aprecia muy mucho la inclusion de fotos del recien llegado Eric Carr tras Dynasty aunque ciertamente y aparte de las de grupo la mayoria son de Gene y Paul.Este libro cuando deje de editarse va a ser para sus propietarios una buena inversion ya que indudablemente se irá revalorizando...

Magnífico libro terminado en muy buen papel de calidad, las fotos del interior son muy buenas y variadas.
