Industrial Quality: American Engineered and Manufactured
Safety was my primary focus when deciding upon a step stool...and I found what I wanted. The industrial quality of this step stool is a sight to behold and a pleasure to own. It's all steel, uses 1 inch tubular steel for the legs, incorporates 19 smooth-ground welds, comes with thick 1-inch rubber leg tips and has a very aggressive footing platform that locks your soles in place. Being all steel, it's quite heavy and exceptionally sturdy. No worries regarding this step stool tipping over on me...it is quite stable and safe. Also, it has a nicely applied oil-based grey enamel paint job. Bottom line: likely the finest step-stool money can buy. EGA Products is a first-rate company with a first-rate product here. Strong reliable safe
I weigh 220 pounds and regular stools are not safe to use at my weight. I needed a strong stool, and my choice of this stool was a winner. I worked off of ladders as a pipefitter for 25 years, and I'm versed on unsafe and safe when it comes to this kind of equipment. There are 15 welds on this stool Spend that extra cash to get this stool.

I cannot imagine a step stool being better, without adding in hover-ability and a free cash dispenser. Sturdy, solid, heavy welded steel construction and wide stance for stability. Don't be cheap. Buy the best.

Wow... well made.. fast shipping!
I'm a large guy 6'4 250lbs... this step stool could handle double me... easily. It is very well made and all welded... not bolts.. no putting together... its freaking perfect.Fast shipping as well... came way sooner than expected. Love it!

Sturdy
This will last. Heavy, doesn't fold, but that isn't what it was built for. Comercial quality will hold a lot of weight and is stable.
