I own a VW Passat 2015 Limited Edition (US). The stock halogen warm lights were not bright to begin with and became dimmer over the years. Recently when coming back home at night in rain, I realized how little light they are providing and decided to upgrade. Came across this product and went for it. The lights were delivered in 1 day. Installation is a bit tricky but not difficult. Its plug and play so no wires involved. The only real challenge is to align them correctly and then twisting it. With a little bit of patience, anybody can install it. The difference is night and day. Its bright and I can see every small details on the road now. I highly recommend these lights. I wish I would have upgraded years ago.

I installed these Low-Beams on a 2013 Passat over a year ago, and they have been perfect, they fit 100% inside the headlight, with the cover snapped back on to keep out dust, dirt, and water. it was an easy, no-fuss, no cutting, no modification, no scrapes, no cussing, no problem 15 min install; for the low beams. The 2013 VW Passat light housing for the high beams to install LED lights is not really workable, do not try it, unless you expect to endure trial-error, due to how the VW designed the high beam housing. I left in the stock high beam lights as they are simply not used anymore do to the These INCREDIBLY good LASFIT low beam lights. These have lasted over 2 years in my car, TOTALLY INSIDE the light housing, no heat problems. I have bought 3 other sets of LED headlights at a lower price point, they all failed within a year, or required significant Dremel tool cutting and modification to fit into the headlight assembly. Pay the higher LASFIT price point and get the right-the-first time harness adapter, and light fit, brighter, led LASFIT lights. On low beam 1/2 mile back from a freeway sign, and a car 1/4 mile ahead of me, turning my lights off for a brief moment reveals that my car is putting way more light on the sign than the car that is already half the distance closer to the sign than I am. Only 3 oncoming traffic drivers in 2 years have flashed their lights at me thinking I had my bights on. These low beam LASFIT lights are simply many times far better that measly weak stock VW low beam and high beam lights together. I am rebuying this set again, because the repair shop threw out one LED light when replacing a headlight assembly that had a cracked mounting tab and installed a stock rated halogen that is way dimmer and very yellow in color. Pay a bit more and buy LASFIT, it is hassle free brightness for my 2013 Passat.

Alright I finally got these to work. I was skeptical because the housing is different than my vw golf original bulb housing. These come with its own, instead of replacing the bulb and plugging it into my vw housing. But the reviews say they work for vw so kept at it.I had trouble plugging it in because I did not remove the rubber protector cover on the bulb housing. So I removed that and then it worked. Took about an hour lol, I’m noob but got it to work so success in my bookWorks well and is bright so far. Will update in about 3 month so far so good

I have had it for about three months, and it works great. It is brighter than the OEM high beams that came with the car.

got these for a 2016 passat base, difference is night and day, super bright. 10/10 recommend.

Nice quality, great brightness. Love how they are custom designed for the VW. Dissapointed that I get an error everytime I turn on the car, "check left front low beam". If I turn the lights on and off, it goes away, still kind of annoying.

Best fit without the original plug. This is the second set I have ordered and the fit great and work amazing. I might order a second set just to have on hand.
