L-Tryptophan 200 Capsules, Pure & Undiluted, No Additives

I watch Dr. Eric Berg videos online. He recommended L-Tryptophan for sleeping issues. This was a good price, so I gave it a try. I take one pill 2-3 hours before bedtime, to fully absorb it in my system. (I tried two pills, but I was nauseous afterwards.) I've noticed a definite improvement in my quality of sleep. I recommend giving it a try to see if it helps you as well.

I've been using tryptophan for sleep since 2018. After using several other brands, I've settled on Earthborn because it's additive free and a good value. I take 2 capsules before bed, along with lemon balm and chamomile, and I'm able to fall asleep and stay asleep all night. Being a 63 year old lady, menopause had really affected my ability to get a good night's sleep. I'm sure many of you can relate to this!! I vary on the amount of tryptophan I take (for sleep) anywhere between 1-4 capsules, but it is such an important part of my life. I have suffered from difficulty falling asleep for years, the doctors will prescribe Ambien but then tell you to stop taking it and that "if you get tired enough - you'll sleep".Good bye!Now I have tryptophan and no-one can tell me to just let myself get exhausted, and over the years I have not had to take more and more from tolerance. In fact, I take less now than when I first began (over 10 years ago). It also does not 'drug' you and you wake up feeling like you actually slept.LIFESAVER!
