Received a defective piece and very bad customer support
I am really disappointed with the machine and the customer support, first of all when i recd the product a seal was missing due to which it was showing wrong weight and going to minus weight and I instantly contacted the support, but they asked me to tie it up and it will get resolved, after so many tries and weeks when my return period got over, the concerned person gave me the option to visit the place and get it fixed, i got it fixed and within a week it went wrong again everything was perfectly fine from the outside incl the seal and but it was going negative weight automatically and showing wrong weight. Not happy with the product , wasted my 6k on this. My machine is dumped at a corner since i purchased, i asked to replace but they denied as i recd a defected one.

Sir/Madam, The i-scale is working properly only to a minimum of 50 grams to max 150 (180)kgs.It can't show a weight below 50 grams.Please make necessary corrections.Suitable for shops.

Inaccurate weight balancing!
Quality is good, installation was easy and ok with the price.Only issue is inaccurate weight balancing, request for replacement.
