My issue was with the shipping company who damaged the top of the unit but my contractor was able to bend the metal back. I would recommend this company to any and everyone that needs a unit. The day after I placed the order, they contacted me to say thank you for doing business with them and to let me know that they would stay in contact with me through the whole delivery process. Not only did they stay in contact but they also tracked my delivery to make sure it was arriving when it was supposed to. I was really impressed. When the unit arrived, it had a small dent in it but my ac technician assured me that it would not affect the units performance. My technician installed the unit and it worked like a champ. Money well spent.
