I don't see how this company can make much of a profit. The price is really low for what you get! I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend that the company make a YouTube video on how to assemble and use the kit. The instructions that come with it are inadequate. The backdrops are thin but you can always double up with some clamps.

This is a really nice starter set. It was all fairly self explanatory on how to set up. If you don't plan on keeping the set up in one location you need to make sure you keep the boxes so that you can tear it down properly and put the light bulbs somewhere safe. The backdrops are a little see through, but you don't notice it if you use the set correctly. For some reason my black backdrop is shorter than the other two... Don't know what that's about. Like I said at the beginning, it is a really good starter set. Personally I could've gone with something a little more professional, but I have never owned my own set, so I thought this would be good to try out. All around I'm pretty happy.

The product came dirty/used. A lot of the items came scratched, dirty/ visible you could tell someone used it and returned it. Was disappointed because I bought something that was supposed to be new. All the products work perfectly fine though. The lights are very bright. The instructions are not helpful at all and you'll have to look up videos online on how to assemble but it's easy for the most part. The background drops are really small and barely cover the width of the stand. Other than the few mishaps it's a great value for the price.

This is a great product for the price it is. Items arrived safely, no shipping damage. Item description fits exactly what I received. Setting up and dissembling the whole ensemble took me about an hour, not bad at all. Easy to assemble and easy to read instructions. Great for photos or recording videos, exactly what I got it for. Gets the job done, I highly recommend.Pros:Easy to assemble and disassemble, instructions easy to read.Everything was packed very professionally, so no shipping damage occurred.Very durable materials, nothing feels 'flimsy' or cheap.The carry-case is very sturdy and fits everything neatly inside.Cons:The 3 colored backdrops you can see right through each of them, they are transparent. Nothing too terrible, but you can see items behind the backdrops.

The sheets themselves are quite transparent and they're much smaller than you would expect. Make sure you read the dimensions. This being said the frame that suspends the sheets is quite long and has much room for a larger backdrop.The lights provided ample brightness while not being too hot, the cords are a bit short but they accomplish the task. The boxes for the two side lights are quite difficult to assemble and I am still unsure if I accomplished it correctly. The design is quite clever and very portable if needed.

There are quite a bit of equipment that comes with this kit and looks overwhelming when you first open the box. Does take some time to set everything up. Almost an hour for me to get everything up and running. It’s not for the faint of heart but if you follow the directions and set one thing up at a time then you will be fine. Afterwards the lighting is perfect!

I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s easy to set up and the lighting is very bright. It’s a lot of parts to this sone take your time and read the manuals and perhaps search YouTube for aid box assembly. There’s are some good videos there if you get stuck. I would but these lights again!!

I was so surprised by the quality of everything that arrived in the StudioFX 2400 Watt Softbox Continuous Photo Studio kit: the lights, the stands, the backdrop, even the carrying case were all very good quality, easy to assemble (and disassemble) and over all a great value. I practiced setting everything up and tearing it down alone 3X before doing a corporate headshot session, and was not disappointed. I would definitely purchase from this line again.
