I was back to feeling almost normal about 5 days after my first dose. I kept this product on hand just incase, and sure enough I eventually needed it. I started this as soon as my co-worker tested positive, and a couple days later I felt some symptoms, he has been still feeling terrible for over a week now and I never felt more than a cold, breathing vastly imporved over when I was sick last year.
