I liked all the items the after relaxer conditioner and the shoes was a present for my brother the other products are for spring cleaning.

Dried out my hair. Not detangling.
I thought this was a conditioner, detangler.It did not do either of those things.I think I used it correctly. After shampooing my hair, I put gobs of it (about 3x more than I would normally put for a conditioner) in my hair, waited about 4 minutes, rinsed it.Hair was wet but felt dry/rough, and I could not run my hand through it even an inch. I have naturally straight hair.
