Is this scent (beach sage) masculine?

Yes! Not flowery at all. It's also not a strong scent when laundry is dry. Barely there.

Is this a thin liquid? (i do not want something thick like downy, that gums up my washer)

It is NOT watery thin but it is NOT thick like honey either. I have been using method products for almost ten years and I am VERY happy with them.
