Works well for warm ups.

I bought two of these for myself and a coworker. It is perfect for our quick office workouts. I even use it while in zoom meetings to keep active. Many ways to use it.

I love these bands. They are lightweight enough to help get my right hand into the loops and then heavy enough to make my workouts safe for my arms. The back of my door to my backyard makes the workout feel intense but doable. My right arm, hand and shoulder is getting stronger every time I use the band.

I wanted light weight and they are. They work well with the Jack LaLanne exercises that call for an exercise band, either wrapped around door knobs (which create the resistance) or putting the band underneath a heel for side bends.

Excellent use it every day

Excellent needed for shoulder rotating injury still improving.

Great piece of equipment. I’ve been using it for ages and it’s still going strong. Definitely recommend.

Fab. But wish I’d have ordered one worn more resistance.
