Easy install (well, for a MacBook Pro anyway)!! Highly suggest using Acetone instead of isopropyl alcohol to loosen the stock battery adhesive strips. This is what Apple uses and it works a bit faster… This does not come in the kit for obvious reasons so make sure to pick some up from your local hardware/paint store. A glue syringe or a needle bottle is helpful to have.I’m shocked how well the new battery works! The only complaint I have is that the clear packaging adhesive that you remove AFTER the install was kinda hard to get off without tearing the protective barrier on the new battery cells. Just take your time and go very slow and it will be fine. Other than that saved myself a few hundred bucks by doing it myself. With the exception of acetone everything you need is in the kit!! Great purchase!! Make sure to retrain the battery power management system. Just YouTube the process and you’ll be fine. OWC has a great tutorial video posted!

Welp! Running short on spare cash these days so I decided to repair rather than replace my MacBook Pro for the first time.The instructions were sufficient in English. Batteries function well. All tools that I needed were included but I should’ve bought the alcohol to loosen the adhesive. Saved a bundle!

I would give it zero star but it is not possible. The battery never worked and had to buy another one from another seller, which worked perfectly. I mounted it correctly. The seller never refunded my item. What a waste of money!!

Came with everything I needed. Directions were a series of pictures. I found a YouTube video and followed that. This replacement requires the removal of many tiny screws. Some are different sizes, be sure to to lay them out is such a way as to know where they go. That aside this is a good product. Worked well when I was finished. Too early to tell anything about the battery’s life. I will repost at a later time.
