I love having a good toothpick around me. I am tired of wood toothpicks being stuck between my teeth making the situation worse. I use a lighter to sterilize it before screwing back in place. Last thing you want is a dark and humid environment with some nutrients for bacteria to grow.

If you carry light and small then this will work for you. Gives you a blade, tooth pick and window breaker all in a very small design. I also carry a little bit of cotton stuffed in the end as I found out the blade makes a great striker for a ferro rod. One thing is the tooth pick is super sharp. Not sure if I would use it for my teeth but I know first hand, it great for pulling out splinters.

Not what I ordered. Very cumbersome to use - much bigger than the last one. I had selected "order again" and expected the same item. Very disappointed. You must unscrew it several different ways to utilize the different aspects. I just wanted a toothpick.
