Support from ZOSI
Great cameras, system for the price, very clear images and better wide angle than my 1080s. Easy to setup, app on the phone and computer works great.I did have an issue with my password, either fat fingers or I wrote it down wrong. This left me locked out however, after sending a support ticket direct to ZOSI I was back up and running within 30 minutes. Fantastic support, very helpful and fast.

Great cameras
Great night vision of theses cameras could not ask for a better quality for the price. Easy to install with the POE capability. Also special mention to Leonard at technical support for his continuous technical help to achieve the best out of the system.

Decent quality NVR system
The quality of the images are decent and the sound quality is infact very good apart from the occasional wind but you get that with other more expensive systemsThe flashing leds on the cameras are a great touch and can make people very paranoid.The flashlight is very bright but only good for outdoors because it will stay on unless you cover the camera with you hand wait for a click and it will go offGreat customer support. Rainbow and LeonardThe app is a bit temperamental.

Very easy to install
Had a few systems over the years and decided to go for this one after reading the feedback.After an initial hiccup with delivery (sent two parcels a few days apart) everything arrived and I got on with the installation. Many thanks to Bessie for letting me know what was happening and the very quick response to my message.The hardest part was putting in the cables for the cameras BUT once done all of the cameras were fixed and switched on.X10 cameras and they are so clear, with a brilliant sharp image.It’s night now and the image is STILL brilliant with the floodlight aspect working brilliantly.Turned off the alarm setting (we have dogs) they make enough noise…..Brilliant system and very happy with it, can’t say anything about longevity (yet) but so far all good 👍

poor night vision
night vision has rolling lines--a zosi camara from my previos system does NOT have this problem.

Good quality addon/replacement camrea
Very good picture quality in both daylight and night vision. Bought to replace an older camera from an Anlapus system and it worked straight out of the box. Very helpful customer service team who recommended the product.

i don't know how some people gives this this sytem less than five star, i wish i could add another star ,to make it six star. it has good night vision, everything is good about this system. good good value for money.
