I like that I can either mix it in my coffee or sprinkle and mix it with yogurt and not notice it’s there except a little sweetness, in fact it’s ya just enough sweetness that I replaced the sugar in my coffee with inositol. The powder is great compared to a capsule. Easy to take.I find it effective for emotional support and nervous system support.I’ve been using it for more than a year on subscription and was a little taken aback by a recent price increase. - then I checked the current one time purchase cost and found the cost over all had gone up $5.I’m still using it, it’s a family owned US business so I’ll pay a little more for something made here at home.

This inositol/glycine powder is free of fillers and flow agents. It is easy to take as it dissolves easily in water and has a slightly sweet taste. Best of all, it is made in the USA by a small family owned business.I got it to take at night to help with insomnia and for the digestive benefits of glycine. I started sleeping better and quit taking this inositol/glycine powder. I’m adding it to my electrolyte drink and will update this review in one week.
