Easy fix

Vendor does not honor the return if you leave a negative review regarding a defective part sent
Relay starter rattled when I received it. Defective piece and now the vendor won’t honor a return. How are customers supposed to order confidently?

It is difficult to get the right model and make for this device
Unfortunately, we could not match the make and model of the refrigerator initially with the exact relay that we needed.
