The best of all worlds come together in the i.165. Its sleek, thin beam design and light weight make it a seriously maneuverable racquet. At the same time, the head-heavy balance guarantees the most explosive power on every shot. Featuring HEAD's patented Intelligence Technology, the intellifibers produce an electrical charge on ball impact that causes the fibers to stiffen resulting in increased power. Through the help of electrical energy, which does not create vibration, the racquet vibration is decreased by up to 20%. The last of the thin-beam racquets in the market, the i.165 continues to be the choice of players worldwide.

This racquet is both larger and lighter than I expected.
I haven't played racquetball in a long time. My previous racquet had a smaller head and weighed more, so this Head one was a pleasant surprise. I'm looking forward to using it.

Great all around racquet.
This is a great all around racquet. I bought this same model years ago and have had it restrung and regripped several times. I bought a 2nd one just to have a spare when playing with someone else.

Nice and Light
**UPDATE**I decided to email the seller RacquetGalaxy to see what they can do to satisfy this customer. I got a reply the next day and though they can't exchange the item because it was damage during usage, they suggested restringing. They said I can either find a shop to do it or they can do it. They informed me that they'll do it at a discount and put stronger string. I'm going to do that because it's cheaper and they said it's a 24 turn around once they receive it. As far as my feedback about this seller, I would definitely buy from them as their customer service it's great. I'll let y'all know how the restring is when I get it back.* * * * * * * * * * *I got this racket as I am an average racquetball player. I liked the light weight and the grip. My play has gotten better with this racket. HOWEVER, after just over a month and a half, the strings broke. I'm not a hard hitter but even if I was, the strings should've lasted a lot longer than a month and a half. And of course I'm trying to find out if I should just return it or just get it re-stringed.

Definately a Game Improver
I had bought this racquet after getting into Racquetball for 6 months and loving it because I was tired of using the Colleges Racquets (They were heavy and not good for wrist snaps, and not the greatest control), and I must say for the price of the racquet, its definately a game improving racquet. It's a great First Racquet for someone who's been playing but is determined to get better. It's affordable and good control and decent power. Although the dampener that comes with it works amazingly at dampening, it takes feel away from the racquet and I believe a bit of power too (as I have played w/ it on and off). The racquet itself has decent power, but the sweet spot is somewhat odd, and its not as easy to achieve the that potential power, and so most of the time the power of your hits may be just decent, not woah. This racquet is EXTREMELY Light which I loved (since I'd been always using the school's) and is great for wrist snaps. The swing speed (due to its lightness) for most will take a little time adjusting too.I've seen other reviews saying that it broke in this so and so amount of time. Well, I've had it for about 4 months now (seems like much longer though), and have accidentally knocked the wall a few times, and all I have is scuff, not a broken racquet. It's very durable. While not the greatest racquet, it is definately by far a game improving racquet. Just purchased me a new one because I feel I need to step up my game a bit, and we'll see how it compares (havn't tested it yet)

Great start for anyone new to the sport!
Okay, you caught me. I'll admit that I am a "newbie" at the game. If you're an experienced player perhaps you should take my review with a grain of salt. The weight is what surprised me most upon opening this Head I.165 racquetball racquet. Initially, I had no idea what grip to select. However, this was quickly remedied with a few searches around the web. I have a rather small hand and I find the 3 5/8 grip to be an excellent choice. I experience no fatigue to my hand/grip during my normal hour long play nor during my longer games (2-3 hours). I am a younger player (25) and find the weight to be an ideal match for the speed at which I am capable of swinging the racquet. If physics taught me anything, it taught me that F=ma and with my strength and age, I am able to user a lighter racquet. Older players may want to look for something heavier, but don't quote me on this.At the onset of using this, I was scared to death of "smashing" it into a wall during a game. I quickly succumbed to reality after the first solid hit and was impressed with the strength of the frame. I have hit the wall countless times sense then and this racquet has held up without fail. Furthermore, after nearly 6 months of use the strings still feel as taught as they were the day this racquet arrived. I feel that this racquet is a good value for the price, given the amount I have used it and how much I enjoy playing with it.

I think I like this.
This racquet is an "upgrade" the to racquet that I used to play with. I chose it because it was in my price point, had good reviews and was significantly lighter than the previous racquet. Mind you I'm a recreational player, not a Pro. So far I really like the racquet and have about 4 hours of play time on it. I'm on the fence about how light it is though. I feel like I don't get the same power I used to and those reach out and just deflect it shots don't have the same Oooomph I used to get from my previous racquet. Still I feel it's a good value.

Good racquet for beginners
I recently started to play racquetball though not new to racquet sports having played tennis, squash and badminton all my life. Wasn't prepared to spend too much money on a racquet. This one received strong reviews on Amazon so it ticked all the right spots. It's a very good racquet for beginners. However, having gotten used to the game itself I'm wishing I got a better racquet. It feels too light on hand and I feel I need to put more effort in my shots to generate power.
