This does exactly what it is supposed to do.....add a second rail to the Z rack. But if you are the least bit mechanically challenged be sure you have a very good friend helping you. It can easily be a two person job.

Seems to be good quality, but I'm having a problem getting the clamps to stay in place. With a little pressure they slip down. Guess I will hire a handyman to install. The brackets have holes, but the bar doesn't, so using additional hardware is not an easy option.

When I received mine, it was Just the bar. I have no way to attach it. It did not include the pieces on the side

is good and solid and the right thing for my heavy duty z-rack.

Chromed tube connects to z-rack with the two supplied split clamps. It fits fine and will definitely help in our house for extra and out of season cloths. Should be sturdy enough not have to worry about over loading. Mine however did not ship from Garment Rack Store. I guess you get whatever their purchasing agent can source at the time. I may have lucked out getting a chrome finish over zinc but it loses 1 star for being manf in China and that definitely is not to my liking. There is one the states made in USA but that might not be what arrives. This vender for me so far has not failed to step in and make things right if needed. Concerns about the clamps slipping down I can handle just fine with a piece of inner tube or a set screw.
