We have used these in our small groups and classroom settings. They are durable so far and seem to be great value

Ordered these for team-trivia review style games in my regular and AP high school classes. Fantastic. Easy write and erase (though i do recommend a better quality whiteboard marker, not the cheap generics) good size and durability. Plenty of space on the board to write their answers and also doodle in the margins, which they love.

These are way stronger than I expected! They're about as firm as a good clipboard. You can write on either side. Edges are nice and smooth. All uniform.I took about half of them and put holes in the corners (5/32 bit, 2 feet of black cording if anyone's interested) and hung a few around the house for my roommate, who has pretty severe ADHD and works well with written reminders. They're awesome!I also tacked a few to the wall with pushpins through those created holes, connected as if one large board.Likewise, I tossed one into my bag for days when I'm unable to talk well dude to a medical condition.All this to say they're very adaptable and I'm very happy with them <3

Every time I need a pencil and paper, which is usually when I'm on the phone with a friend or a business, I have to fumble around until I find both before I can continue. This is just in the living room. In the kitchen, I'll use the board for grocery lists and temporary recipes. And in the bedroom, for ideas I think of when trying to sleep but my mind is too active thinking about ideas that I need to write down. So I decided to buy a 12 pack of dry erase lapboards and fix them up with a dry erase pen attached like in the picture above, and distribute them to every room in the house (except for the bathroom, of course). Now, I'll never again have to struggle to find a pen and paper. I couldn't be more pleased with these dry erase boards. But you asked for both pros and cons. The only negative about these boards for me is that they weren't magnetic. If they had been magnetic, I could have put a nice sized magnetic eraser on the boards, and that would have been wonderful. But still the boards are very nice even though they weren't magnetic. Excellent quality!

Good value for working with students in small groups. Very sturdy and can be used to lean on for writing on paper. I wish they were magnetic.

I got these for use in role playing. with a pack of 12, I had more than enough for my needs:- I hot-glued shelf-liner/grip cloth to four of them for use on the table top.- Every player gets their own to take notes, doodle, etc.A note on the hot glue: I was worried about screwing up the boards by mis-applying glue, but while the glue sticks to the back of the boards, it comes off fairly easily (maybe too easily for long-term use; we'll see). So using hot glue to adhere these to something is a fairly risk-free solution for even temporary needs.The rounded corners are excellent, and make the boards comfortable to hold and transport with no worries about chips in the writing surface OR the skin of people using them.Update 2018/12/14: Just wanted to post a quick update on this. I've continued to use these boards, and they're still 5-star, would buy again for me. I took a couple extra ones to work, and with some ultra-fine-point dry-erase markers they excellent surfaces for drawing out process maps and workflows, jotting down quick notes, organizing thoughts, or just doodling while contemplating the deeper meaning of life, the universe, and everything.I even keep one in my backpack permanently for occasional drawing, and as a rigid divider between some of my less organized junk.

These boars are awesome. I got them to use in my after school program. We use them for spelling practice, chill time and free drawing. My kids ask for the boards the second they come in, they love using them. They are very durable and clean very easily.

The white boards feel like really good quality boards. My boys are able to do math problems and write spelling words on them making studying more fun. I have also brought the boards to my gym. I write the warmup on one side and the work out on the other side. It is nice having those written out large enough for me to look at from a distance and then being able to flip to the workout with ease.
