Bought twice a year apart and did not work
I bought this product in CVS about a year ago; and it did not work for leg cramps and threw the bottle in the trash. Since I purchase so many supplements and over-the-counter health products, I find it hard to remember what I bought. Since I still have a problem with leg cramps, restless legs and pain due to arthritis, I still seek similar products. And so I saw this product on Amazon. The packaging looked very familiar, but I could not recall if it worked or not. After pondering on it for awhile, I decided to try it. I took it for three nights and it did not work again. And it went into the garbage for the second time. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third time. It did not work for me at all.

Don't give up if you can't tell a difference right away!
After taking it for a few days and not noticing a difference, I called the number on the bottle. The lady on the phone told me it could take a while for it to start working, so I stuck with it. It took almost 3 weeks for me to start noticing a difference, and now I sleep better than I have in years!

Absolutely Works!
Absolutely this works! I take 2 every night and not restles jerky legs!!! I didn't realize it was working until I ran out (didn't even think about it), then took me a day or two to realize why my legs were driving me nuts again.
