Good Mist
This mist is a great way to get a dash of niacinamide into your routine if need be. Also a nice refresher in between layers. I don't think there's a bunch of tranexamic acid in this, so I doubt it could serve as your sole anti-pigment remedy, but as a mist, I'm very happy with it.

I don’t have sry skin and normalCombo yet hyaluronic dries my skin ynless I’m in Hawaii. This product is great all year round i. All climates and has several great ingredients. TranxenamicAnd niacin.

Very good vitamin C & niacinamide toner spray.
-Would I get it again or recommend it: Yes-Why: It's a very good Vitamin C & niacinamide toner spray that's fragrance free and free of irritants.Ingredients:Water, Niacinamide (3%), 1,2-Hexanediol, Butylene Glycol, Propanediol, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Extract, Tranexamic Acid, Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether, Panthenol, Glycerin, Beta-GlucanPros:-It's a milder 3% niacinamide formulation-It also contains Vitamin C (ascrobyl)-The grape extract is not irritating grapefruit extract, it's from grapes not grapefruit.-Fragrance free. No fragrance or fragrant oils. It doesn't even seem to have any natural scent.-Dye free. No dyes. It does have a bit of a natural tint from the Vitamin C and that's normal and expected. Do note that Vitamin C products can get darker (oranger) over time, that's also normal and okay.-No irritating alcohol or other harsh ingreients.-Mildly moisturizing. Likely not the only moisture you'd need unless you have very oily skin.-Reasonably priced for 6.76 oz.-Fine spray mist. (You should close your eyes, the vitamin C and niacinamide could irritated your eyes.)Cons:-I did get the slightest amount of temporary stinging from it. I get it from vitamin C products and sometimes from niacinamide. It didn't leave me in pain or red or irritated. It's going to be more of a treatment a few times a week than daily for me due to this. There's nothing wrong with it, I just don't personally tolerate a lot of Vitamin C.Tips:-You can also use this spray on your body or hands as well for a skin treatment.-Everyone's different in their tolerance to niacinamide or Vitamin C and what levels are comfortable.-Both niacinamide and Vitamin C have a lot of science behind it and are good for the skin if you tolerate them.-I don't use Vitamin C in the same skincare session applied with an AHA or BHA or acids or retinol (differin, retin-A) I personally find I can't combine the two, it stings too much. I also don’t use Vitamin C every day due to this, but a few times a week.-Niacinamide and Vitamin C can sting on the skin. It's not a fault of the product, but not everyone tolerates niacinamide or Vitamin C it can sting and burn.-Both are great skincare ingredients with a lot of benefit to a lot of issues and conditions. But not everyone tolerates it and in varying amounts and strengths.-This is feels like (to me on my skin) a milder formulation of niacinamide compared to others. And a moderate amount of Vitamin C. So if you don't tolerate stronger formulas, this may be okay for you.-Remember (google Dr. Dray on YouTube, she has some good videos on niacinamide) (not affiliated just a fan and highly recommend her work) that if you are using multiple products with niacinamide it can add up and be irritating and cause stinging and burning. You might tolerate each one separately, but not together.-Even though this is a milder, more tolerable niacinamide treatment, not everyone will tolerate it.-If it stings on your cheeks or around your eyes, just use it on your nose or T-zone (forehead, cheeks). It's okay and sometimes even better to just get the ingredients where you tolerate them. If it stings in some areas or is too strong, try it on areas you tolerate or try a product with a weaker strength of niacinamide or Vitamin C.-You can use this as a skin treatment under moisturizer or as a very light moisturizer but not necessarily as your only moisturizer.-I think only extremely oily skinned people will find this enough to be the only moisturizer they use. Most people will want to use an additional moisturizer over the top of it.-Also consider for an even better effect in the evening "slugging" (no no slugs or snails are involved, unless you want to add snail mucin) where you put your lighter liquids, serums, then lotions, then something heavier often with petroleum.-For “slugging” (layering moisture) I like Vanicream body cream in the tub with the pump, or Vanicream body lotion in the bottle that's lighter than the cream. Or Aquaphor that's the heaviest and petrolatum based.-Do note though if some actives or acids sting or irritate when you do this, it may seal them in a little too much, it doesn't work for everyone or every skincare combo.-If you do slugging as described, this would be either the base liquid toner under a serum (you don't have to add a serum) before the moisture and then cream (for me usually Vanicream in the tub with the pump), it's very mildly moisturizing but you will likely need more moisture than this.-For the moisture I'd recommend to wear over the top of this (but under the cream for "slugging) (I rotate between them, don't combine them) either Cerave PM (does have niacinamide) or Vanicream facial lotion (no niacinamide), or The Ordinary's face moisturizer Natural Moisturizing Factor (in the tube, no niacinamide) or Neutrogena's new Ultra Gentle Face Gel Hydrator with Pro-Vitamin B5 & 4% Niacinamide (has niacinamide)-Wear your sunscreen, every day. No skincare can help if you aren't doing that and it's never too late to start.-I struggle to find sunscreen that doesn't burn my skin and the only two (I've tried so many from great brands.) that don't burn and sting are Cerave AM and Vanicream facial sunscreen (not the body type). So if you struggle with sunscreen feeling like it's burning your face off, there are options.-You are not going to get an instant miracle out of this or likely any skincare product. Results take time, consistency and may vary.-I use a lot of skincare from The Ordinary, Inky List, Good Molecules, Cerave and Neutrogena. I think skincare should be affordable and accessible to all, and don't believe it has to cost a lot to be good or effective.-This is a good product with a reasonable price for how good the formula is and the size of the product.

Good
The media could not be loaded. I have been using The vita B3 toner for about a month now and I observe it helps brighten the skin and fades dark spot gradually, though it makes the skin feels a little bit dry. So always go with a serum or an essence after using this toner. I also notice it last longer than most toners because a little application is effective. No skin reaction, but I feel this product might be good for people like me that has a very oily skin

I spray it on top of my makeup as a finishing touch, and it pays off!
If you check out the list of ingredients, you will be assured that this toner has what it takes to improve the look and feel of your complexion. I know it helped for me, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone with sensitive skin and need to improve your complexion. Very good stuff!!'

Nice addition to my skincare routine!
I typically prefer spray toners as they are less wasteful and this one delivers with a fine mist. I love that the toner has no added fragrance and absorbs very quickly. Niacinamide, vitamin C & tranexamic acid are powerhouse skin brighteners, and a concentration of 3% niacinamide has been proven to be the ideal level as not to irritate the skin. The addition of beta glucan, a skin soother and hydrator, is definitely a plus. The ingredients list is simple yet effective. I would order this toner again!
